Socrates
Brazil / 2018 / Length: 87
Director: alex moratto
With: Christian Malheiros, Tales Ordakji
Language: por, eng & heb sub
Following his mother’s sudden death, 15-year-old Socrates must learn to fend for himself. Sדo Paulo is no friendly place for those living on the outskirts of society, let alone if they’re dark-skinned and homeless. Without a legal guardian or any income to carry on paying rent for the flat where he and his mother had been living, Socrates must make do with casual jobs. At a construction site, he meets a young man and what starts off as violent hostility, evolves into a most unorthodox love story.
